      Safin is the better grass courter as he proved this last week in losing only in the final tight to Federer and trashing Philipoussis 3:0 the other day. Lopez needed 5 sets against german Phau (!) and should lose this.
      Ancic is the young rising star at the grass courts winning Nottingham tournament last week. Monfils has no results only winning non grass courter Hrbaty last round doesnt prove he can go far here.

      HEWITT - Gimelstob 2.34 LAD 200 EH

      Going for Mayer again but with smaller stakes because Ferrero is sure better than Verdasco on grass. Still i think about equal chances for both so price is too high here (2.25) at Ladbrokes.

        nice card with many interesting games today. here are the bets:

        MIRNYI - Novak +
        GASQUET - Muller ) 1.75 EXP 500 EH

        Mirnyi without dropping a set here, splendid grass form this year and has beaten Novak on hard 2 times. Novaks worst surface is grass. Gasquet winning a grass tournament last week should easily pass Muller who´s only goodie was a win over Nadal last round.

        POPP - Tursunov +
        GROSJEAN - Djokovic ) 2.04 NB 300 EH

        Djokovic won in tight 5 sets against clay courter Garcia last round. He is still 1 class below Grosjean on grass who reached the semis in Wimbledon in both years and should also beat the young opponent here.

        MELZER 2.48 - Coria PIN 200 EH

        Cant let this odds go without a bet. Melzer done splendid here without dropping a set so far. Coria got beyond Malisse in 5 tight sets last round and Melzer is not weaker. Odds are wrong, this is 50:50.

          Kopf hoch Herby, 1 Woche ham ma noch.

          Machs vielleicht so wie ich heute. Such dir nen Favo aus und hau was drauf wie ich heut bei Nalbandian. Hatte zwar nen klareren Sieg erwartet, aber Sieg is Sieg und Gewinn is Gewinn.

          Bin jedenfalls jetzt wieder im Plus und bei dir wirds auch eins, dafür kenn ich deine Qualitäten mittlerweile zu gut.

            RODDICK - Coria ) 1.75 IW,5DIMES 500 EH

            Gasquet won last weeks grass tournament and hasnt dropped a set in week1 here. Nalby had most troubles to get past average Murray in 5 sets. Also his grass results are worse this year.

            Roddick 4:0 H2H, 17:1 on grass since 2004. Coria 2 lucky 5-setters so far. Banker.

            MIRNYI 2.55 - Johansson UNI,PIN 300 EH

            Ok, H2H is disastrous 0:4 which brought the bookies to these odds. But only 1 of the encounters was on grass and that went the distance. All is forgettable as Mirnyi was really bad on grass in latest years. But this year is different, he is in nice form, final last week against Gasquet and all in all the better grass results than his opponent Johansson. As its at least a 50:50 those wrong odds have to be taken here.

              Mirnyi hab ich vorhin auch noch gespielt. Wenn ich aber seh, dass du den Gasguet gespielt hast, dann dreht sich bei mir wieder der Magen.
              Nalbandian spielt gegen Gurken wie Murray oft schlecht und steigert sich aber dann um etliche Prozentpunkte gegen stärkere Gegner.
              Ich würd mal sagen, dass du hoffen musst, dass es spätestens nach 4 Sätzen erledigt ist, weil bei 5-Satzmatch würd ich auf Nalbandian tippen, weil der ein unaufhörlicher Kämpfer ist.

              Falls die Quote morgen noch steigen sollte, dann überleg ich mir, ob ich net auf Nalbandian ne Kleinigkeit setzen soll, weil mehr wie 65% geb ich Gasguet net.

                Bin bei den Wetten Herby's Meinung.

                Gasquet/Roddick gibt's bei Nordic für 1.79, und UNI hat Max jetzt sogar für 2.60.

                Habe bei UNI noch ein Double gespielt:
                Hewitt - Dent >38.5 1.85
                Grosjean - T. >33.5 1.73

                Bei beiden Matches sollte es genügen, wenn mindestens 4 Sätze gespielt werden, und bei Hewitt erwarte auf jeden Fall, dass Dent gut mithält. Tursunov sollte Grosjean auch länger beschäftigen können, wobei bei 33.5 auch ein knapper 3-Satz-Sieg reichen kann (7-6 7-5 6-3 oder so).

                        Na, wenigstens ist das over-double bei Hewitt und Grosjean gekommen.

                          Viertelfinale

                          HEWITT - Lopez +RODDICK - Grosjean +
                          FEDERER - Gonzales ) EXP 1.78 700 EH

                          Only danger to lose this bet is Hewitt whose opponent played an outstanding last 2 rounds beating both strong opponents Safin and Ancic in straight sets. Hewitt on the other hand losing sets against Hernych and Dent. Why a bet on Hewitt then ? Well first he is the better player overall. Second he has the better grass results. Third he has beaten Lopez 3:0 in last years US Open.But mainly forth he is the motivation king and sure will bring himself up to the limit.

                          Roddick has 3:0 on grass all in straight sets against Grosjean. Also he lost only 2 sets so far in this tournament while Grosjean had 2 tough 5setters so far and is not at his best form. 2 weeks ago Roddick beat Grosjean and i cant see that change tomorrow.

                          Federer 4:0 H2H over Gonzales, only 1 on hard and none on grass but he is unbeaten on grass in over 2 years and over 20 matches. Gonzales the clay specialist for sure wont be the 1st one to beat Federer in this series.

                            Danke, Herby, Deine Empfehlung auf Hewitt hat verhindert, daß ich auf López gesetzt habe.
                            An ihren Früchten sollt ihr sie erkennen. Kann man denn Trauben lesen von den Dornen oder Feigen von den Disteln?

                                Nichts gegen dich Herby aber in letzter Zeit wenn ich mit dir bei den Wetten mitgehe dann verliere ich, wenn ich zuschaue dann gewinnst du!

                                Also ehrlich bei jeder wette wo du verloren hast war ich mit von der Partie, bei jeder wo du gewonnen hast habe ich zugeschaut! Bei diesem Turnier war die Göttin FORTUNA nicht bei mir! Schade.

                                Aber das Rad des Glücks dreht sich weiter vielleicht bin ich bei deinen nächsten Tipps mit dir auf der richtigen Seite.
