dog day hopefully as both bets are really open matches and clear value concerning the odds.
On the one side we have our Austrian guy Melzer. He is no clay specialist but in nice clay form these days as he reached the final last week in St.Pölten which is exactly the same clay court as here in Paris.Youzhny is no clay courter either and has no results on clay this year. At least 50% for Melzer, for me even more.
On the other hand we have Blake who won 2 clay challengers this year and is 16:1 on clay in ´05. Wawrinka with good results as well beating Massu in round 1 but Blake who came through the qualis has 50% chance here imo. so those odds have to be taken.
Many favs are short tomorrow as always here but imo not so clear wins for them so no smaller odds bets recommended.Kommentar

Der Pimperlquotenmann ist wieder da.
Moya 11:0 H2H davon 9:0 auf Sand.
Gaudio Titelverteidiger und 3 Turniersiege auf Sand auch heuer. Mantilla schwach.
Ferrer ist die heikelste Partie aber Lee kam voriges Jahr nach einem 5 und einem 3 Satzsieg ebenfalls in Runde 3 und verlor dort. Heuer exakt gleiches Szenario. Ferrer sollte auf Sand gut genug sein... [[sabber]]Kommentar

PUERTA - Wawrinka + CORIA - Melzer 1.65 UNI 600 EH
Puerta is the better clay courter, better results, more wins, clearer wins here this week and odds are quite nice. Coria banker.
ANDREEV - Kiefer + CORIA 1.71 ADM 400 EH
Same here, Andreev not on hard but sure on clay the better player than Kiefer who won tight in 5 against non clay courter Clement last round. Andreev with fine form this week should nick this in.
DAVYDENKO - Haas 1.65 NB,IW 400 EH
Haas has his worst surface on clay. Davydenko his best. Won some tournaments and reached some finals on this surface. Haas in nice form this week but crap opponents. I lean towards the russian here.

PUERTA 1.76 - Acasuso PIN 400 EH
2 fellow countrymen in here. Puerta is not only the better clay courter with more success in the past, he has also beaten his opponent earlier this year in straight sets on clay. Enough to take these quite high odds though Acasuso got beyond Roddick but he needed 8:6 and 5 sets and who is Roddick on european clay ?Kommentar

I mag den Puerta auch sehr,aber spielen werd ich ihn nicht.Denn zuletzt war er mir zu unkonstant und er hat ja oft bei längeren Turnieren mit seiner Physis Pobleme.Der Acasuso ist in einer blendenden Verfassung.Roddick ist dieses Jahr auf Sand auch kein schlechter find ich,doch gegen die unglaublichen Backhandschläge die Linie entlang war er dann doch am Ende auf der Verliererstraße.Acasuso hat zudem ein Match weniger,weil mein guter Freund Volandri,den ich etwas höher auf Gesamtsieg hatte ja nach 3 Games meinte es freud ihm in Paris ned besonders! Für mich ein ziemlich offenes Match.Darum find alles unter 2 unspielbar.
