Ja, in Curacao in zwei Fällen. Der Anwalt dort arbeitet aber auf einer "No cure, no pay"-Basis, also Bezahlung nur anteilig im Erfolgsfall. (1/2)

Und das Verfahren gegen zwei belgische Anbieter ist noch anhängig. Ging da aber immer um andere Beträge als bei TipXpress. (2/2)

welche belgischen anbieter sind das?

Hi there Mr. xxxx,
I hope you had a nice weekend.
I’m afraid that I can’t share with you any information regarding Aspire Global’s internal processes and current affairs. I can confirm though that Aspire Global has a due diligence process in place and we take our duty of social responsibility very seriously at all levels of our business.
I’d like to thank you for the comments you provided as well as the information contained within your last email. I’ll be passing this on to my superiors in the interest of clarity and security.
As much as I’d like to keep you updated on this case as I can see how important it is to you, I’m afraid that it will not be possible for me to do so. As I said before, it is not possible for me to comment or pass information to third parties \bout Aspire’s inner-workings. I’m sure you can appreciate this.
I wish you the best of luck in your case and hope you get the result want from this.

Hello Mr. Higginson,
thanks for your reply.
I didn't expect any other answer to be honest. But maybe you can explain one further thing to me:
Alexander Zucker, the CEO of United Game Tech, the responsible person behind the exit scam of Digibet.com, Tipxpress.com, Casino24.com is also the director of the newly founded NEG Group Limited which is the company behind the re-launched Digibet.com and the company Aspire Global, the firm you are working for, partners with: https://businessmalta.com/aspire-glo...-digibet/2890/
If you want to learn more about Mr. Zucker please continue reading here:
Original German version: https://www.wettbasis.com/sportwette...et-pleite.html
Translated version: https://translate.google.com/transla...et-pleite.html
Two quotes from that article: "It is an insolvent company that tries to delay the bankruptcy by constantly renaming it."
and "If Digibet or Tipxpress ever go back online, you should under no circumstances open a customer account and deposit money."
I am not quite sure why you chose to partner with a company that is known for having scammed customers in Germany and Europe and to re-launch an already damaged brand. There is so many negative readings in the web about Digibet and how Alexander Zucker deceived hundreds if not thousands of customers. To mention some of the sources:

https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...nds-mafia.html
The former chairman of the supervisory board of the digibet.wetten.de AG said in a interview: "When foreign investors became interested in our company, we decided with a heavy heart to sell our shares and concentrate again on our core business. Had my partners and I guessed that we had come to real fraudsters who have sucked only the remaining substance, we would not have walked this step. Not only we, but also the weather, which used to be our customers, lost money at that time. That is very unfortunate."

So what exactly is the point of partnering with someone like Alexander Zucker?
How about compliance? Rules of conduct? Ethical standards?
Do such rules not exist or does Aspire Global not care?
Regards,
xxxxx

Hello Mr. xxxxx,
Many thanks for your email.
I have reviewed your email most thoroughly as well as your correspondence with the MGA Complaints Department. I’d like to first express how sorry I am to hear of your extremely unfortunate circumstances, I understand that you are of course very frustrated after over a year attempting to recover your funds.
I’d like to reference something that you said in your correspondence to ourselves if I may. As you said, “Digibet accounts have [sic] been migrated to Tipxpress back then”.
When an account is migrated to a new casino or brand, the new brand becomes responsible for the management of that account including balance holding and payments. In this instance, TipXpress.com would be the organisation responsible for your account.
I can see how you may have become confused with this and arrived at the conclusion that Aspire Global may be able to assist you in the recovery of your funds, but I’m sorry to say that this is not the case. While Aspire global has indeed re-launched DigiBet.com as one of its white label partners, Aspire Global, and indeed DigiBet.com as it is today is not linked to TipXpress.com in any way. I can also divulge that the current ‘owners’ of DigiBet.com merely purchased the brand and none of the other assets previously owned or operated by United Game Tech/Oddsfly. Aspire Global you could say only fits into the picture as it is the platform provider that the new ‘owners‘ have chosen to run the new DigiBet.com.
There’s no assistance we can offer you with this I’m afraid. All I can suggest is that you continue your correspondence with the MGA in pursuance of a resolution and/or possibly seek legal counsel as to how you can proceed to recover your funds from TipXpress.com via legal avenues.
I regret not being able to assist you further and I wish you the best of luck.
Best regards,
Alistair Higginson
