My story began at the end of october 2020, I deposited some money at Betwinner, 41 Euro in Total. 40 Euro for betting and the 1 Euro (on Betwinner and Megapari) to check, if betwinner and megapari are the same company. Let me show you something (it’s german, but I think you will understand):
After that, I knew Betwinner and Megapari are the same company. They still pretend to be independent, but obviously the aren’t.
Since I was pretty new to the betting business, I just continued betting to see what happens, if it really comes to the point to withdraw money.
Well the last weekend went pretty well for me, but when something is going well at betwinner, the trouble seems to begin.
As long as you lose your money, everything is fine and straightforward, but when you begin to win, well you don’t really win, because YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY.
I went from my 40 Euro to 1551,20 Euro over around 2 months.
First of all, I lost 73 Euro, so my total balance was 1478,20 Euro. I tried to withdraw 1300 Euro and keep 178 Euro for betting.
15 minutes after the withdrawal request, my request was rejected with a request for documents. I thought „ok I can do this, I have nothing to hide“.
Then our email conversation began:
I was pretty happy that my verification was finally done. It took a few hours to do all these photos they want. At the evening of the same day, around 8 hours after their last message, I got this message:
„Good Day. We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:
The bookmaker reserves the right to close a betting account immediately and void any bets placed thereon should the bookmaker establish that:
- when the bettor placed the bet, they had information on the result of the corresponding event;
- the bettor was able to influence the outcome due to their participation in the match (sportspeople, coaches, referees, etc.) or because they acted on behalf of participants;
- bets were placed by a group of bettors acting in concert (as a syndicate) in order to exceed the limits setby the bookmaker;
- one bettor has a few betting accounts (multiple registration);
- the bettor is suspected of using special software or hardware facilitating automated betting;
- unfair means were used to obtain information or circumvent restrictions imposed by the bookmaker.
In the aforementioned circumstances balances on customers’ accounts shall be refunded after an investigation has been concluded. The balance shall be calculated excluding any unfair profits generated. The bookmaker reserves the right not to reimburse the bettor for any service charges imposed by payment systems while depositing and/or withdrawing monies from the BETWINNER account.
The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.
We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company.
Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.
All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.
You can withdraw the deposited sum only.“
That’s it, my money was gone. My balance was voided and I was left with 41 Euro. A proof of this is shown in the following screenshot:
