We regret to inform you that on June 14, 2017 we will no longer be able to accept customers from your location. Therefore we will be closing your account.
What does this mean?
From approximately 3pm UTC on June 14, 2017 you will no longer be able to access your Smarkets account.
It is important that you stop betting and withdraw your balance before that time to avoid any unnecessary delay in receiving your funds. Before that time, you will still have access to your account.
After June 14, however, all account functionality will be disabled, at which point you will need to contact support@smarkets.com in order to retrieve your balance.
If you do not use your Smarkets account you do not need to take any action.
Should you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@smarkets.com.
