Following an internal audit procedure on your Circus.be account, the cancellation of your bets placed on the following event: ZFC Meuselwitz : FC Erzgebirge Aue has been decided.
This is the strict application of paragraph 9.3.13. of our terms and conditions:
9.3.13 Cancellation of a bet
“CIRCUS® BELGIUM reserves the right, at its discretion, to declare a bet fully or partially void "
Your winnings have been cancelled and the initial bet has been refund on your player account.
We also want to inform you that this event has generated important volume of bets compared to the importance of the match played. Such high volume can be interpreted as a suspicious activity and, for this reason, we may decide to file a report to the authorities including the details of all players who have placed a bet on this game.
We also want to insist on the fact that our position on this subject is final and we will no further communicate about this case.
